Found BMW Motorcyle Key And Also Lost House Key

We received this email:

I found a key to a BMW motorcycle on 3800 block of 42nd Avenue NE on July 28th and am trying to find the owner. 

Also, our dog sitter lost our house key with a leather dog keychain on it  in the 3800 block of 42nd Avenue NE.
