Early Sunday Morning Police Chase in Laurelhurst

A neighbor sent in this picture saying
"The pickup driver hit this car with so much force,
that it pushed it up onto the sidewalk."

Several neighbors reported a car chase around 3:30am Sunday morning, March 31.

One neighbor said:
At 3:44am, a man in a light colored pickup truck, jettisoned from the dead end of East Laurelhurst Drive and crashed into a car, sheared off the light pole and street sign pole, and also crashed into another neighbor’s vehicle.
The man was arrested further down Webster Point. Both vehicles were damaged enough to make them “un-drive able."
Seattle City Light arrived within 60 minutes after speaking to the Police to make sure there were no live wires from the street light pole that was sheared off.

Another neighbor, near West Laurelhurst Drive NE and NE 31st Street, reported that the car had driven into their lawn, getting stuck and leaving deep tire tracks.

Another neighbor reported that a man dressed in white tried to disarm his alarm around 5:30am in the same area of the neighborhood, reportedly while being chased by Police.
