November Laurelhurst Real Estate Monthly Report

November was very quiet with only three new listings. However, compared to November of last year, this was a 300% increase.

The most interesting listing was 3914 47th Ave NE (pictured above).  Not only did it go significantly over the asking price, the time from offer, acceptance to closing was only six days.
