Electronics and Battery Recycling Saturday At Nearby Cell Phone Repair Store

CPR Cell Phone Repair (3544 NE 45th Street) is hosting an electronics and Battery recycling event tomorrow, in partnership with 3R Technology, an environmentally responsible recycling company, that is certified by the Washington Recycling Association and E-Cycle Washington.

CPR Cell Phone Repair recently celebrated their first anniversary. The store is owned by former 20 year Microsoft employee, David Pankowski and his wife, Gina, who opened the first franchise in the Pacific Northwest of the national network of Cell Phone Repair stores found nationally as well as in Canada.

Gina told the Blog Staff that all repairs are done on-site as "people have data they don't want to let go of."  She added that that a lot of repairs can be done in less than an hour.

The technicians all have had hands on training, as well as additional training in board level soldering and electronic repairs through special classes offered as  an additional benefit.

"We are happy when our customers are happy and they are sharing their satisfaction with our service regularly with positive reviews on our website," Gina said.

The business repairs and recycles, not only cell phones, but a variety of electronic devices including tablets, lap top computers, game consoles and more. We are happy to help our community with some spring cleaning and keeping this toxic waste out of the city trash.
