The annual Elisabeth C. Miller Library Garden Lovers’ Book Sale, benefitting the library, starts Friday with the Wine and Cheese Preview Party, including appetizers and a silent auction, from 5pm to 8pm. Tickets are $20.

The library is also accepting book donations up until Friday for new or gently used books about plants or plant-related themes such as botany, landscape design or restoration, horticulture, etc. Donations can be dropped off at the library during their business hours.

On Saturday the book sale runs from 9-3pm. To purchase party tickets or for more information on, call the Miller Library at 206.543.0415.

"If you haven’t been yet, you owe it to yourself to come out and browse the huge selection of used plant-themed books at the sale.  We look forward to seeing you!" the website says.
