A variety of fitness classes for 50 years and over is being offered at the Laurelhurst Community Center starting on Monday for 11 weeks, through Seattle Parks' Lifelong Recreation program.

Early Bird Aerobics
Cardio exercise done to your favorite ‘vintage’ tunes along with stretching and strengthening work.

Lifelong Recreation programs are also held at all Northeast community Centers, including Enhance Fitness (Free to Group Health members with Medicare Part B coverage), Gentle NIA, Gentle Pilates, Tai Chi and Line Dance.
Art many arts classes are also held at Magnuson's Brig, Volunteer Park Conservatory and the Japanese Garden, as well as a variety of trips and hikes.
