Northeast Library Holding Preview Lecture of Seattle Opers's 'Rigolett'o Tonight

The Northeast Branch of the Seattle Public Library (6801 35th Avenue NE) is having a free preview lecture of Seattle Opera's upcoming production of Verdi’s “Rigoletto” tonight from 6:30-7:30pm.

The information says:
Join us for a look inside Verdi’s iconic melodrama, "Rigoletto," that boasts an action-packed plot, memorably complex characters and a hit parade of well-crafted music.

Hugely popular ever since its Venice premiere, this tense and brutal tale of a deformed court jester caught in a web of corruption, lechery and revenge runs the full emotional gamut in true operatic fashion.
