Baseball and softball assessments (for ages 9 and up) will be held in late January and early February. Practices will start at the beginning of March and games will start in late March running through the end of May.
The season will conclude with a league tournament during the first two weeks of June.
NESL encourages returning and new players to register as soon as possible so that they can make sure there are the right amount of managers and coaches in place to "give all players the best possible experience on the field."

Here's a link to the schedule for the BASEBALL Assessments to held on Sunday, January 27th and Saturday, February 2nd: http://ow.ly/gUa52. Players only need not attend one of the two sessions. All players age 9-12 MUST be assessed to be eligible for ANY draft. The SOFTBALL schedule will be available next week.
