Wednesday night, someone tried to pop the locks on my truck using a screwdriver and hammer. This occurred on 45th Avenue NE just a block east of the park.
The thieves were unsuccessful but did cause damage to the door and destroyed the lock. This is the second time in a month someone has tried to break in (and 3rd car on the block that I have heard of).
This neighborhood is clearly being targeted -- so many thefts recently.
