Have You Lost A Key Chain With Car Keys And Cards On It?

A reader sent us this email yesterday:

I found a key chain close to NE 38th Street and 42nd Avenue NE. 

It has a VW electronic key, a Starbucks card,  a Menchie’s card, a name tag “Jamie” and a leather elephant and wooden heart on it.
