Seattle Public Library is holding three upcoming meetings, as part of the
"Libraries for All: A Plan for the Present, A Foundation for the Future."
The community meetings are an opportunity for the public to give input on how library services can improve in four main areas - library hours, books and materials, computers and online resources, and building maintenance. There will also be a discussion of strategies to stabilize Library funding.
Here is the schedule:
- January 7th, Saturday 10-noon Central Library (1000 Fourth Ave., Microsoft Auditorium (206-386-4636)
- January 14th, Saturday, 12-2pm Beacon Hill Branch (2821 Beacon Ave. S. (206-684-4711)
- January 18th, Wednesday 6-8pm Ballard Branch (5614 22nd Ave. N.W. (206-684-4089)
