Last Day To Buy Discounted Salmon Bake Tickets

Today is the last day to buy Salmon Bake tickets and save $2 per adult dinner. Tickets can be purchased at the Laurelhurst Community Center today from 2:30-6pm.

The annual Salmon Bake is happening a little bit later this year, on on September 8th from 5:30-8:30pm at the Laurelhurst Park.

The popular event will feature live music, a kids carnival, salmon and hot dog dinners.

Also volunteers are still needed for this year's Salmon Bake which will be completely volunteer driven, as there is no longer a dedicated Laurelhurst Community Center Staff putting on so many of the fun events the neighborhood enjoyed in the past due to budget cuts.

Cheryl, with Seatte Parks and Recreation, is seeking volunteers to serve as organizers as well as to work at the event,  to ensure that this fun event for all ages is as successful as all the previous years.
