Storytime at Laurelhurst's Miller Library Saturday
The UW Botanic Gardens', Miller Library (3501 NE 41st Street), is having another storytime this Saturday from 10:30-11:15am.
"Celebrate your love for trees with us! After the stories, make a tree picture to take home," the website says.
Books that will be read are:
THIS TREE COUNTS! by Alison Formento
REDWOODS by Jason Chin
WE PLANTED A TREE by Diane Muldrow
Storytimes are each month and always include activities that celebrate gardens, plants, and nature for children ages 3 to 8 and their families. All ages are welcome.
Also at Miller Libary is the latest exhibit, Union Bay Wild, with prints and paintings by Seattle artist Molly Hashimoto.
