August is a historically quiet time for real estate and this one was no exception, as said in the Times this month
this summer was a tough one, not only the weather in the PNW, but sales were down 27% from last year, here and
nationally. In Laurelhurst there were 6 new listings, 2 pending and only 1 closed sale.
