Friday Neighbor Nominations Due For Annual Neighbor Recognition Day

The Laurelhurst Community Club (LCC) posted this information in a recent newsletter:

Calling for Nominations for Annual Neighbor Recognition Day

Annual Neighbor Recognition Day was established by the Seattle Department of Neighborhoods in 1995 as a special day to celebrate the goodness in those around us, and to reach out and strengthen our bonds to each other.
Laurelhurst’s Neighbor Day celebration will part of the Annual Meeting on Monday, June 14 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. LCC will recognize and amplify these acts of kindness and honor neighbors from Laurelhurst who have gone above and beyond to give back to their community.
If there is a person, business, or organization you believe deserves to be recognized, we invite you to nominate them here.  All ages and types of nominations are welcome and there is no limit on the number of nominees.
Please keep in mind that your neighbor’s nomination may be used in the LaurelhurstLetter and posted on the LCC website for recognition.
LCC is counting on you to nominate those in our neighborhood who deserve special recognition. Submit your nominations no later than Friday, May 28th.
