Miller Library, located in Laurelhurst at the Center for Urban Horticulture (3501 NE 41st Street), is holding a story time on Saturday with a flower theme from 10:30-11:15am.
The information says: With flowers popping up all around us, these stories remind us to stop and appreciate them, and take time to cultivate and enjoy them. After the stories, we invite kids to the program room to color flowers. Books to be read are:

THE LITTLE GARDENER by Emily Hughes
BLOOM by Deborah Diesen Story time is geared towards children ages 3 to 8 and celebrates gardens, plants and nature. All ages and their families are invited. |
