Saturday Storytime At Center For Urban Horticulture

Snowfall Story Time

Miller Library, located in Laurelhurst at the UW Botanic Gardens (3501 NE 41st Street), is holding a story time on Saturday with a snowfall theme from 10:30-11:15am.

The information says:

Will it snow in Seattle this December? We're not sure, but even if it doesn't, kids can hear three stories featuring wintry weather and then join us in the program room for a snowflake activity.

Books to be read are:
PENGUIN AND PINECONE by Salina Yoon
LIFE IN THE BOREAL FOREST by Brenda Z. Guiberson
WHEN WINTER COMES by Nancy Van Laan

Story time is geared towards children ages 3 to 8 and celebrate gardens, plants and nature. All ages and their families are invited.
