UW Botanic Gardens’ Center for Urban Horticulture  (3501 NE 41st Street) is having a class called "Using Biosolids as a Soil Amendment in the Northwest tonight from 6-7:30pm.

The information says:

Biosolids are a natural, infinitely renewable fertilizer alternative that come from the wastewater treatment process, however, few are aware of this resource.
Farmers and gardeners alike use biosolids to improve yields, improve soil tilth, and sequester carbon in the soil.
This talk will discuss what biosolids are, how they are typically used in WA State, which products are available to gardeners in the Puget Sound area, how gardeners can use them to improve their soil, and some recent research results pertaining to soil tilth and climate change.
