Did You Lose A Benjamin Moore Notebook?

The Laurelhurst Blog received this information:

Last weekend, I found  a spiral bound notebook that likely fell off the roof of someone's car 

It was found at the intersection of 50th Avenue NE and NE 45th Street.  It has "Benjamin Moore" on the cover, and a couple pages of notes  Happy to return to owner, if they can identify it (the notes).
