More House Break-Ins Near Laurelhurst Elementary School And On Boulevard

The Laurelhurst Blog received this information:
We live near Laurelhurst Elementary School at 47th Avenue NE and NE 45th Street and during Sea Fair week-end, our house was broken in to..

A friend who drove by our house saw a young black male in his 20s or 30s with an afro wearing a white shirt and khaki shorts, standing on my porch looking into our front windows. He went up and down our front stairs several times.
Once this young man saw he was being watched, he ran across the street into the Park.
Another resident reported a break-in on the Boulevard on the night of August 14th.

And this suspicious information was reported:
In mid-August, we awoke to our dog barking around 3am. We saw a car parked in our neighbors driveway with its lights off and a man wearing a hoody (Caucasian, medium build) was sitting in the passenger seat.
Another man with a smaller build, also Caucasian, returned to the car shortly after and they drove away.
The car was a silver late 90s Toyota or Nissan.  We reported the information to 911.  While we didn't see them committing a crime, this was very suspicious activity that time of night.
