"Life Legacies" Class At NEST Next 4 Weeks

NEST (Northeast Seattle Together) which supports Northeast Seattle elder neighbors through a network of volunteers and vendors, is having a 4 week class called "Life Legacies" starting tomorrow through March. from 1:30-3:30pm.

In this provocative series, facilitator Joanne Horn of Second Half Connections will guide participants through drawing, writing, and discussion as a way to explore what lies at the heart of who someone is and what their gift to the future might be. 
 

Classes will be held at the NEST office (5751 33rd Avenue NE). The cost is $50 for NEST members and $60 non-members. Call the NEST office to sign up at (206)525-6378. 

NEST is a non-profit grassroots operation serving NE Seattle seniors by creating a "virtual village" to helping them be able to stay in their own homes and neighborhoods they love. Volunteers provide companionship, care, as well as help seniors with a wide range of services, including gardening, computer help and more. to seniors aging in their homes. 

Ongoing classes (fitness, etc.) are also offered, as well as access to events, transportation services, and various services (such as estate planners) who provide their services at a discount to members.
