Another article about a Laurelhurst waterfront home was recently posted in the Seattle P-I.

I have toured it and it is beautiful with an excellent view. The parking is a bit tight but the views override the parking issue. Highest priced waterfront in Laurelhurst right now.

With people lining up to buy Powerball tickets, we got to wondering what you could do with all those winnings. You could upgrade your surroundings.

And this Laurelhurst home, which is on the market for $13.25 million, would do so in a big way.

Architect Craig Stillwell designed the home, which was built in 2008.
