Highest Priced Waterfront Home On Market

Another article about a Laurelhurst waterfront home was recently posted in the Seattle P-I.

Kim Dalesa neighborhood real estate agent said about the home on NE Laurelcrest Lane:
I have toured it and it is beautiful with an excellent view. The parking is a bit tight but the views override the parking issue. Highest priced waterfront in Laurelhurst right now.

With people lining up to buy Powerball tickets, we got to wondering what you could do with all those winnings. You could upgrade your surroundings.

And this Laurelhurst home, which is on the market for $13.25 million, would do so in a big way.

The house has nearly 12,000 square feet. That includes a theater room, exercise room/yoga studio, wine cellar, wet bar and mother-in-law dwelling. It has seven bedrooms and six and three-quarters bathrooms.
Architect Craig Stillwell designed the home, which was built in 2008.

The house at 4911 N.E. Laurelhurst Lane also has a wealth of outdoor spaces, including a fire pit, hot tub and spa, patio and large dock.

The home has 145 feet of private lakefront along Lake Washington.  You can learn more about this property here and here.
