October was beautiful in Laurelhurst! The market was interesting in that in comparing this
October to last, we saw a decrease in average days on market from 47 to only 15 days!
There were also four new listings over $2,000,000 compared to zero in 2014. Of those 4 new listings 1 went pending in 24 days.
Although the number of homes listed remains low with only 8 new listings in October, this was an increase of 3 from last year.
If you are contemplating selling your home in 2016 now is the time to make all those minor
repairs, dig out your records, especially if you have decommissioned your oil tank, and if you
haven't, and have converted to gas, make sure your tank is decommissioned with all the necessary documentation.
