Event Tomorrow At Northeast Branch Library

My Selma: A Mom & Baby's March


The Northeast Branch (6801 35th Avenue N.E) of the Seattle Public Library is having a free  event tomorrow from 10:30-11:30am called "My Selma: A Mom and Baby's March." 

The information says:
Rachel Faber Machacha shares her experiences and thoughts about marching with her infant to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Selma to Montgomery voting rights march.Last March,  
Rachel and her baby marched from Selma to Montgomery as part of the 50th anniversary of the voting rights march in 1965. Please join us as she shares her experiences and her thoughts about what the March meant to her as a white woman with bi-racial children, and what it still means for all of us.
