Chloe Bistro For Sale

Chloe, a French Parisian Bistrot, (3515 NE 45th Street), owned by Laurent Gabrel, who also owns the sister restaurant, Voila! French Bistrot in Madison Valley, is up for sale according to several websites.

Chloe opened in May of 2010 and serves French fare, including the very popular mussels many neighbors rave about.

The website says other "favorite dishes include buttery sole meunière, the rich, savory broth of the bouillabaisse de rascasses and the moules provençale. Finish your meal with Chloé's assiette de fromages, the delicate mousse au chocolat or ice cream filled profiteroles."

BizBuySell, Business Week and LoopNet list the restaurant for sale and the ad says:

I am not surprised to see that Chloe is closing. The service was absolutely the worst, and the owner was totally disinterested in customers. Lately there have been very few customers in Chloe. Gee, I wonder why. I once experienced a server attempting to take my plate away while I was still holding the fork in my hand! We are hoping a great little restaurant with good food and great service goes into that spot.
