Another stellar month in Laurelhurst with only 10 average days on the market for solds.There were two waterfront homes that went on the market with one receiving an offer in only 2 days. The average pending price continues to creep up with the average sold price slightly less than March.
There continues to be a sense of urgency in our neighborhood with buyers clambering to move in, hence multiple offers and price escalation clauses.
