Poetry Due Today For Annual All Ages Northeast LIbrary Poetry Contest

Poetry contest

 
The Northeast Public Library is holding its annual poetry contest for adults, teens and children, in honor of National Poetry Month.
 
Participants are encouraged to enter their original poetry, no longer than one page, written in the last year and in any style.
 
Entries must be received by end of today. Contest rules and the required entry form are available at the Northeast Branch, 6801 35th Avenue N.E.
 
Contest winners will have the chance to read their poems at an awards ceremony on May 20th from 6-8pm at the library. 
 
All poems submitted for the contest will be bound into booklets available for viewing at the branch.
