"Love Your Veggies" Storytime Tomorrow At Center For Urban Horticulture

Miller Library at the Center for Urban Horticulture (3501 NE 41st Street) is holding its monthly children's storytime tomorrow from 10:30-11:15am.

The theme is Love Your Veggies." 

The information says:

Growing your own vegetables is fun. These stories prove that you can learn a lot about science while you learn to garden, and have a great time in the process. After the stories, color a vegetable picture in the program room.

 
Books to be read are:
FIRST PEAS TO THE TABLE by Susan Grigsby
MOUSE & MOLE AND THE YEAR-ROUND GARDEN by Doug Cushman
SYLVIA'S SPINACH by Katherine Pryor
 
 
The monthly storytimes "celebrate gardens, plants, and nature" for children ages 3 to 8 and their families. All ages are welcome.
