January Laurelhurst Real Estate Update

Only one new listing in Laurelhurst last month and it went pending in 3 days.  

People are asking me daily, when are we going to see more inventory? I wish I knew. It is a strong sellers market, no competition, and many buyers sitting on the sidelines waiting to purchase a home in Laurelhurst.

If you are considering selling, and I know I sound like a broken record, spring of 2014 is a very good time to make that move.
