The information says:
Join us as Theodore Deacon presents a preview lecture, accompanied by recorded music, of Seattle Opera's upcoming production of Richard Wagner's four-opera cycle of "The Ring."
Inspired by the natural beauty of the Northwest, Seattle Opera's signature work creates a mythic world where gods and men compete in a conflict between love and power. It has continually fascinated audiences, not only with great music, but also with giants, dwarves, mermaids, dragons, curses, love stories and a magic golden ring.
