May was an incredible month for sales in Laurelhurst. Although our inventory in the city is down almost
40% from this time last year, Laurelhurst was up over 300% from 3 sold homes in may of 2011, to
10 this year.
Days on market was neck and neck at 18 and 19 days, but perhaps the most impressive
statistic was the increase in our average sold price: from $754,333 in 2011 to $1,231,750! Location,
location, location.
