It was an extremely quiet February with many buyers and no inventory continuing. The resurgence of multiple
offers is occurring in all price points in Laurelhurst as noted in the statistics.
I know I sound like a broken record, but if you are wondering if this is the right time to sell your home, the lack of homes on the market is an excellent indicator.
