Free tax help preparation starts tomorrow through April on Thursdays at the Northeast Branch Library (6801 35th Avenue NE) from 2-7pm.
The information says:
The Seattle Public Library, United Way of King County and the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) are partnering to offer free tax preparation service through mid-April at 11 locations of The Seattle Public Library.
Trained volunteers can answer questions and help prepare personal tax returns. Drop-in assistance is offered on a first come, first served basis. No reservation is required.
This service is free and available to individuals. The free service is not available for business tax returns.
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) reproducible forms are available for photocopy for 15 cents per page at all Library locations. Please call ahead to find out if print forms are available at your branch. Most IRS forms are available online atwww.irs.gov.
