This September saw the same number of new listings as last year, with the average price point increase of $55,000, which is very encouraging. Number of Sold sales are on a par with last year. Pending activity is much stronger than last year with 7 homes Pending this month over only 2 last year.
This year continues to be extremely strong in our neighborhood with higher price-points and shorter days on market. Listings always seem to decrease as fall arrives, but if you are contemplating selling your home inventory in Laurelhurst and all neighborhoods in general is down making this a strong sellers market.
