"Wetlands Wonder" Storytime Tomorrow At Center For Urban Horticulture

The Miller Library located in Laurelhurst at the Center For Urban Horticulture is having its monthly storytime tomorrow at 10:30am called "Wetland Wonders Story Program."

Books will include:
  • In the Small, Small Pond by Denise Fleming
  • Pond Circle by Betsy Franco
  • A Day in the Salt Marsh by Kevin Kurtz
  • You Can Be a Nature Detective by Peggy Kochanoff.
The information says:
These stories take us to the water's edge to see what we can learn there. After the stories, you can make fingerprint pictures in the program room and then take a self-guided tour of the Union Bay Natural Area. The program is for children ages 3 to 8 and their familes (but all are welcome).
Storytimes are monthly with stories and activities that celebrate gardens, plants, and nature.
