Photo Organizing Workshop Offered Tomorrow At Community Center

Molly with a client

Molly Bullard, a regular Blog reader, an owner of Seattle Photo Organizing, would like to invite readers to her photography workshop tomorrow at the Community Center.

She told us that the goal for the workshop is to organize photos, as well as have participants work in a group setting. Most of her sessions are 1:1 but Molly has heard that her clients enjoy working with others as "with any clean up project, it is more fun to do with friends."

The class will be fast-paced and focus on the task and "when stories or tough memories slow our progress, I push them through" she told us.

"It really is amazing to see how much we can accomplish in one class and at the end of the class the client will leave with their materials organized in a file box by category and all will feel a huge sigh of relief for their accomplishment," Molly added.

For the last 8 years, Molly has been creating photo related projects and in 2007 focused her business on helping clients organize their photos and find the right materials.

"I work with everything, loose photos, slides, albums, digital files, video transfers and film transfers.  Clients end up with all their originals protected in acid free materials and access to the digital files through their computer.  Projects stem from the archive and go on for years."

King 5 News is going to be doing a few upcoming segments on Molly's business.
