Northwest Horticultural Society's Spring Plant Sale Tomorrow


The Northwest Horticultural Society is having their Spring Plant Sale tomorrow from 9-4pm at the Center for Urban Horticulture, and the entrance is free.

Some of the events will be:
  • Plantsman Dan Hinkley, will give two lectures at 10am and 11:30am ($5 each)
  • Variety of workshops will address specific gardening issues
  • Ground cover seminars - 1pm
  • Specialty nurseries will offer their beautiful plants, as well as a selection of very special connoisseur’s plants. 
  • A large horticultural display will spotlight those plants which are striking in the late winter landscape.
  • The library will be open to find special books or answer any gardening questions you might bring.
The Plant Sale, hosted by the University of Washington Botanic Gardens, will benefit the Elisabeth C. Miller Library located at the Center.
