November Laurelhurst Real Estate Recap

November was beautiful in Laurelhurst, and very quiet in the real estate world. No surprise and quite typical for this time of year, with Thanksgiving and Christmas around the corner. Most home owners are primarily spending time with family and friends rather that keeping their home "show ready". There were no new listings in our neighborhood during the month of November, four sold properties and four pending.

I predict that December will follow suit with an increase in homes entering the market place mid-January.  In the world of finance we have seen a slight increase in interest rates, but we continue to be in a buyer's market.
