Tonight's Laurelhurst Community Club Monthly Trustee meeting will focus on the future of the Laurelhurst Community Center with the recent passing of the 2011 Budget by the City Council drastically affecting the operations of the Center.
First on the agenda at 7pm will be Acting Parks Superintendent Christopher Williams who will talk about what the decision means with reduced hours, no permanent staff, no special events (such as the Salmon Bake, the Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween activities, Winter Festival, etc.) and the conversion of one of the activities rooms to office space.

The meeting is open to everyone and is being held at the Talaris Campus in the Wu Tsang School meeting room off the center courtyard (4000 NE 41st Street.)
