The weather and sales both improved in the month of September. With incredible interest rates buyers seem to be
taking the plunge. Even if you are not planning to sale I would highly recommend speaking you your personal banker of
mortgage broker about re-financing. To give you an snapshot of the current interest rates a 15 year fixed is 3.75%!! It
seems highly unlikely that these unprecedented rates will last much longer. Opportunity knocks!

If you are contemplating selling your home make sure your Realtor uses a professional photographer for the photo
shoot. The Wall Street Journal just ran an article titled “ In Real Estate, A Picture Is Worth $1,000 or More.”
