July Laurelhurst Real Estate Recap

July proved to be much more active in Laurelhurst than June with 9 new listings and 8 closed properties, 1 of the new listings is a waterfront residence priced at over $7,000,000. The good news is that a property priced at almost $3,000,000 went pending in 14 days! Summer is flying by and I cannot believe we will soon be thinking about back to school and Fall.
