May was a pretty quiet month in Laurelhurst with 8 new listings, 1 of these homes went pending within 3 days of their listing date and the other within 15 days. Median days on market for pending sales were 8 days which is a great but of course there were only 2! One listing actually came on the market for only 72 hours but the seller decided they wanted to stay, after all Laurelhurst is a great place to live!
