April Laurelhurst Real Estate Recap
April was a busy month in Laurelhurst with 14 new listings, 6 of those homes went pending within 15 days of their listing date. Median days on market for pending sales was 34 days which is a great improvement over our March statistic of 91 days on market!
I have broken down all new listings into Active, Pending, including Pending Inspection and Solds below.
It is interesting to note that the home in the $900,000 to $949,000 price range had the longest days on market.
A third waterfront home on 55th Ave NE went pending in April with three waterfront homes with price points above $4,500,000 remaining on the market.
