March Real Estate Recap
Thanks to Kim Dales from Windermere for this interesting information about unique homes currently on the market as well as a summary of March property activity in the neighborhood:
March Laurelhurst Real Estate Recap
Apparently March Madness is not just a basketball event. This March has been very active in our neighborhood. Before I review the marketing statistics I would like to tell you about 3 very unique properties that were listed this month in Laurelhurst.
The first is an architecturally significant waterfront property with stunning easterly views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier. Designed by Seattle Architect Ralph Anderson, and located on 55th Ave NE, this contemporary classic with separate cottage was featured in House Beautiful Magazine in 1966.
The second home , also a waterfront property, is located on Webster Point. Designed by architect Lionel Pries, a Laurelhurst resident, and built by another Laurelhurst resident, Riley Pleas, this private residence is situated at the end Webster Point Road NE with breathtaking southern views and an expansive dock.
The third home designed by William Bain, and extensively remodeled is located on 47th Place NE and has gracious unobstructed views to the south.
