Great Pumpkin Party Tonight at Community Center

The Laurelhurst Community Center is hosting its annual and very popular Great Pumpkin Party from 6-8pm tonight.

They'll be showing the classic tale “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.” Kids are encouraged to bring a pillow for this fun movie.

Kids can also decorate a mini pumpkin (reserve one in advance) and make a variety of Halloween crafts.

Kids are welcome to dress in costume at this all ages event.
The fee is $3 per child.

Spooky Tot Sprint 1- or 2-mile Fun Run
Magnuson Community Center October 24, 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Check-in begins at 9 a.m. for this fun run, between the boat ramp and the swimming beach. Please register by October 20; forms are available at the community center. There will be a t-shirt, award, and refreshments for each participant. Costumes are welcome! Ages: 3-5 and 6-12. Cost: $15 per participant.

Halloween Makeup Headquarters
Magnuson Community Center Saturday, October 31, 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Kids can get their faces painted by the theatre experts! Seattle Musical Theatre/Civic Light Opera and GreenStage folks will be on hand to paint faces for the biggest dress-up day of the year. Please call 206-684-7026 to make an appointment. Ages: 2-12.
Cost: Free, we accept donations.
