Lots of Block Parties in the Neighborhood

What a great evening for block parties last night. Staffers reported block parties all over the neighborhood with great attendance. And readers sent in pictues of their parties. Some had organized kids games including balloon toss. Others had bubble blowing, bike riding, sidewalk chalk. And of course lots of good food and conversation.

The block where the owner of Varlamos lives apparently had Varlamos pizza! Lucky neighbors! Readers reported quite some spreads on some of their blocks.
