August evening at the Beach Club

Some pics from last night at the Beach Club. Instead of a nice, summer evening, it was cool and windy. And added to that thunder and lightning.

The guards closed the water and said that they have to wait 45 minutes each time after they hear thunder.

Some die hard swimmers were wanting to swim some laps. Other kids were forced out of the water.

And another family held out as long as they could under an umbrella doing some reading.

Looks like sunny skies this week-end and through next week...fingers crossed.
