June Laurelhurst Real Estate Update

There were only 2 active listings this June, and only 4 sales.

In addition, the comparisons to this June and June 2020 are significant. In June of 2020 we had 12 sales. However, the median sales price in June 2021 was $2,312,500 compared to June 2020's median sales price of $1,640,000 a 41% increase.  Also, last June the average days on market was 52 vs only 4 average days on market this year.

Interest rates continue to remain low. So it is still a very strong seller's market. If you are thinking of selling, there really is no time like the present.
