February Laurelhurst Real Estate Update




Kim Dales has provided this neighborhood real estate activity report for the month of February:



Active listings were very low, only 5, similar to last year. And the biggest difference between last February and this year were the number of sold homes: 1 in 2020 vs 7 this year.


Also, more homes are selling over the listing price.  This is consistent across King County. It isn't uncommon for homes with views in our neighborhood to be listed well over $2,000,000. If you are toying with the idea of selling, now is definitely the time.
