November Laurelhurst Real Estate Update

The pandemic does not appear to have negatively affected the housing market in Laurelhurst. The number of active listings were par comparing 2019 to 2020 but the number of solds were up 100%.

6 solds in November 2019 compared to 12 sold properties this November. The median home sale price increased by $232,500 since last year, with a significant decrease in days on market from 86 days in November of 2019 to only 27 days this November.
